Answer for Question # 2 
So for the second question I plugged in the domain google.com after putting in tracert
and the IP address that I selected was 10.49.0.1, which is a location in California to be exact it is a location in Marina Del Rey of California.

The second IP address that I chose was 107.14.17.169 and it is coming up in a location of Herdon, Virginia and belongs to Time Warner Cable.

Initially when I put in tracert and then I put a domain name google.com the route that came up for me was New York City to Frankfurt, Germany  to Newark, NJ, and then to New York and eventually going to Boston. All websites that come up and are less than 1 millisecond are located on our campus and then all the other are the locations that come and the less time it takes for an IP address to come up the closer it is to the location and the on the far right on the router and their locations.

I chose the website was Hum.tv which is a website for entertainment shows from Pakistan and when I put in tracert and then the website and the geographic route that it took was the following; Jamaica, NY to  Marina Del Rey, CA, then to Kansas, to Kansas, USA and then to London, UK, to Kansas to Chicago to Kansas, and lastly to Denver, CO.
